

Being Human Heals - The Story Behind the Name

Dear Human,
A big, warm welcome to Being Human Heals! I’m thrilled that you’ve found your way to this page. To celebrate the launch of this blog, I want to share how it all begins—the story behind this name, and why it holds such deep significance for me, encapsulating the essence of my healing practice.
My journey into personal transformation led me through exploring countless healing tools and practices. What became clear is that, regardless of the modality—whether it’s Psychotherapy, spiritual practices, or something else—the heart of our work lies in reconciling with ourselves. It is about embracing every part of us—both light and shadow, and finding wholeness in that acceptance. It’s a journey of peeling away layers of conditioning and limiting beliefs to reveal the whole, authentic, and pure version of ourselves. It is this realization that inspired the creation of "Being Human Heals."

But what does this name truly mean?
To me, “Being human” means embracing every facet of our existence—honoring our highs and lows, our strengths and weaknesses, our glory and vulnerability, and everything in between. It’s about holding space for all our experiences, emotions, different parts of ourselves, even those we resist. And when we honor the full spectrum of our human experience without shaming, dismissing, running away, or projecting it onto others, we find healing.
In my own journey, instead of resenting my body for being in pain and not “productive” enough, I’ve learned to reconnect with what it needs and love my body like a partner in life. Rather than questioning why I feel a certain way, I now lean into my emotions with kindness and curiosity. And instead of expecting myself to be somewhere by sometime, I am humbly learning to be ok with what is.
The Creation of My Practice
By embracing all parts of myself—combining the grounded-and-analytical with the intuitive-and-spiritual sides of me—I took a leap of faith to create this practice: one that integrates spiritual wisdom and healing power of the Universe with the grounded, practical approach of traditional Psychotherapy. This practice reflects how I’ve woven my passion for both worlds into a unique blend of Psychotherapy-informed spiritual healing services.
This practice is more than just a profession—it’s a reflection of my own journey and a testament to the healing power of embracing our whole selves. Whether you're seeking to heal old wounds, find clarity and a way out, or simply find peace amidst chaos, Being Human Heals is a place for you to come home to yourself. Let’s walk this path together, embracing all that it means to be human, finding healing in the process, and rediscovering your Brilliance.
